Lee Robinson was born in Oxford Mississippi to the late Willie and Earler Mae Robinson.  He graduated from Central High School in 1969 and attended Northwest Mississippi Junior College. He is married to Marilyn Robinson. God has blessed them with two children, Marcus and Crystal, along with a host of grandchildren.
 
He was employed by the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) where he became the first black supervisor to serve in the Oxford-Lafayette County MDOT office. 
 
He has spent the majority of his life in service to God and Christian Education.
 
As a member of the Clear Creek Missionary Baptist Church he has served as Deacon, Chairman of the Deacon Board, Choir, Choir Advisor, Usher, Usher Advisor, Mission and YWA Advisor, Layman, on the Building and Finance Committee, Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, Youth Leader and Youth Advisor. 
 
He accepted his calling and became an ordained Minister of the gospel.
 
He has served as the Vice President of the Tallahassee-Oxford Missionary Baptist Association (TOMB) Congress, Vice Dean of the TOMB, District Dean of Christian Education of the TOMB.  He presently serves as Moderator of the TOMB Association and as the proud pastor of the Tobby Tubby Missionary Baptist Church.
